Pros
Decent company to work for. Has the leverage to get larger projects which allows for longer-term work. Good benefits and decent salary. Worldwide offices so the opportunity to move around is available.
Cons
Large company so you end up being a number not a name. Because of the large project mentality you can get pigeonholed into one type of work. Training is poor.
