Pros
There are some great projects and people and it is well-paid. The offices are high quality. There is a good internal accounting system and expenses are paid quickly. Its stated aim to grow by 15% a year ought to offer opportunities, but isn't so convincing when you look at the headcount, shareprice and earnings over previous years.
Cons
Safety culture is used a subterfuge for corporate control. Indifferent, ho-hum leadership. If things get bad, this lot are quite likely to abuse employment law through callousness and/or incompetence, and end up paying you off in an Industrial Tribunal, for failing to follow the rules. Over-bureaucratic internal systems.
