They just aquired Ch2mhill, hoping they make changes for the better.
Cons
The pay scale is not up to the average wage for Water Operators. Normally a person who acquires a higher license is suppose to receive a dollar raise. Not in The Villages. You are lucky is you get .40 cents. There is no incentive to continue to get a higher license. Managers do not lead by example. They are the "Do as I say and not as I do" type. Not hands on, more delegation and sit behind the desk.
