Company is financially driven. Little to none senior management roles held by employees of different ethnic background. Focus is primarily on promoting woman to senior positions however company is overlooking the full benefits of diversity. Elimiantes many of its valued employees who have dedicated their careers for over 30 years to put Jacobs in the position they are in to cut costs- no loyalty. Very demoarlising to see as a young professional.
