Pros
Jacobs has provided me with great opportunities for career growth. When my first project with the company ended they helped me to transition to another great project with the company. I also find that most of the employees that I rub shoulders with are very high-caliber individuals.
Cons
In some cases the greatest opportunities for growth within the company require a person to relocate several times.
