As a contracting company, they actively recruit and hire subject matter experts across a widely diverse range of skill sets. Jacobs is also very good to retain its best employees even through contractural term limitations. Jacobs has one of the best Safety cultures of any company, utilizing its "Beyond Zero" concept.
Cons
The nature of the business itself - a contracting company. Contracts have limits, which may mean short-term employment opportunities for some. Many policies and procedures related to management and leadership training are outdated.
