Pros

A lot of the people are genuinely nice to work with, predominantly the ground work people. The company is now pushing for flexible working conditions. Attempts are made to cater for peoples' mental health. If lucky enough to be involved in a major infrastructure project, work is interesting.

Cons

Too much bureaucracy , paperwork and dated software in place, eg timesheets, financial reporting, file management look and feel early 2000s. Promotion and salary increases can only be achieved by sucking up to the right people or by forcing them via an external offer. No performance bonus, no work sponsored phone, no working from home equipment (desks, chairs, screens), no car allowance. USA leadership focused on virtue signalling instead of genuinely addressing the needs of the majority of workers. Engineers are second class citizens, made even more evident now that Jacobs is branding itself as a "solutions provider" and not and engineering company.
