Pros
Four different schedules for flexible hours with a two hour window for start times. There are a great number of excellent people.
Cons
Nepotism. Unqualified Managers. They are laying off hard working qualified staff and keeping many of the brown-nosers and backstabbers. Outsourcing the work to India. Reprimand first, ask questions later, if at all!
