Bare minimum - don't have many pros! Certain degree of flexibility in working, and support personal life and family !
Cons
No recognition of individual contribution, Positions are created just to support senior management in spite of being irrelevant. No support for professional growth. Less pay and pay freeze for non-managers. No job security irrespective of performance. Too much paper work on health and safety
