Pros
Prior to all the new management changes, the company was rock solid, fiscally conservative and overall an ethical company that put it's clients first while respecting the contributions of it's employees.
Cons
- Corporate management is controlled by a new elitist management team that has no solid industry knowledge. Their management style are similar to the managers in the Office and even Dilbert. - They believe in change for the sake of change and recruit high level managers who share their perverse view of change management while firing long tenured employees who have served the company faithfully. - They hide behind a motto that is an industry joke and treat their people like pawns in a game.
