Pros
Only one they pay weekly
Cons
Very prejudice against black people especially if you are in a union. They are the lowest of the low. I experienced this being a chairperson for UAW over one of jacobs minority subcontractors which consisted of mostly all blacks, which sadly had black people discriminating against each other which is worse than a white person being racist. All of this took place on the michoud assembly facility in new orleans,la.They were firing people because they were union supporters and wanted a better quality of life for themselves. As a chairperson i helped the workers aquire this by settting up a contract with the company that helped the workers tremendously.Of course black workers. After this all hell broke loose and they were after me for two years. They fired me two years straight on bull with the help of three uncle toms in their minority subcontractor. However we went to arbitration and i filed charges on them with the labor board and they settled out of court in june of 2014. An eight page settlement agreement admitting their guilt and exonerating my termination status. They even asked the judge for permission to keep it cofidential and he told them no.So from my experiences if you are black, outspoken, honest, educated, and like helping others that may not be as fortunate in the education department do nor work for jacobs technology from tennessee. You just might find yourself being targeted for termination.
