Several projects, large and small, to get involved. Highly supportive and team within Ecology.
Cons
Pressure to be 100% billable. Tasks are to be completed in a given number of hours, that are never enough. Time for meetings is never budgeted in projects, and still everyone gets 4+meetings/calls per day.
