Management x 100. The HQ is in China, despite the american name. All decisions are by them, they micromanage the Americans so badly. Despite earning large profits as a corporation, they make you jump through hoops just to buy office supplies. They (the Chinese management) really have no clue how to run a company. They act like they do, ie surveys of employees, etc for feedback, yet they do nothing with it. They keep cutting back on everything, loosing all the best employees and piling the work on the ones that remain.
