Reasonable pay. All people are "training" your EQ if your are care about the career and your responsibility. Have chance to stay and work overseas

Cons

Many high level experts don't care the business, they work (or not work) in order not to be scolded by the boss. "Experts" just talk and talk, with technical knowledge years ago. They just ask people try this and that... Project procedure is set as unrealistic to the business environment, decreasing competition ability resulted. Nearly no people are willing to help; everyone wants to push out their responsibilities

Great co-workers. Pay & benefits are decent.

Management x 100. The HQ is in China, despite the american name. All decisions are by them, they micromanage the Americans so badly. Despite earning large profits as a corporation, they make you jump through hoops just to buy office supplies. They (the Chinese management) really have no clue how to run a company. They act like they do, ie surveys of employees, etc for feedback, yet they do nothing with it. They keep cutting back on everything, loosing all the best employees and piling the work on the ones that remain.

Good Benefits, some good managers, but very few.

Cons

No management structure, upper management is totally out of the loop of what actually is going on with the customer and they have no interest in knowing, its a swing door company, high turn over rate, and don't make waves or your outta there. Keep your mouth shut or your done, don't question anything.
