- a true MNC based in Hong Kong with operations carried out across Asia, Europe & Americas - Was once global leader in electric motors manufacturing - Even middle mgmt will have chances to go abroad for biz trips due to MNC nature - Top mgmt in HK office actually get involved in and care about daily operations. Especially, the founding Wang family, they're driven, intellectual and practical. - Data visualization using PowerBI on finance & operation date/KPI is swiftly adopted. Informative dashboards are built and utilized tremendouly for reporting and operations purposes - Diversity in terms of race: got a lot of colleagues in HK ead office from European country and India - Good work/life balance. Working time around 8;30-9:00 to 18:00

- Inconvenient locatoin: Office located in Tai Po Industrial Estate & the Company only provides one shuttle service from/to Tai Po Markt Station to/from Office at 8:10 and 18:15 - Difficult to attract new young talents due to lack of Sales & Marketing spending, branding & locatoins - Too many 'experienced' staff across functions, especially the middle mgmt, impeding the adoption of innovations and catching up with market trends & competitions - Outdated IT database hardware and software - PowerBI dashboards built variy alot in quality and style, depending on from which department - Funcitons in other regions are sometimes not cooperative or incompetent on collaborative projects - Office vibe is quite dull
