Take time whenever you need off. No real structure to adhere to. Start whenever you want and leave whenever you want. Work from home sometimes. OK benefits.
Cons
USED to be a fantastic place to work. Management has no real involvement any more or cannot make up their mind on what you should focus on. No promotion from within the company at all any more. Prefer to hire outside. Clear division between departments with little communication. Mismanaged money leads to layoffs. Disconnect of company from employees. Plan to make about ten thousand less than the low end for your position in this area. $15 million projected in sales and only offering each employee an extra vacation day.
