Pros

Nice offices Some good people

Cons

Nepotism is prevalent They pride themselves with "speak up" culture but the moment you speak up you are treated as an enemy. Top education is not respected as they pride themselves of having school graduates with no University education reaching partner level. There are many managers with no University education. Which is fine but as a University graduate you may find yourself being managed by management who have not been to a University and who will look down on your top education. Pay rise and promotion is very much based on your relationship with certain people rather than on your performance goals achieved. Women pay gap is huge and gender discrimination especially in tech is a norm.

Pros

It might sound cliche but the Pro for me is the people that I work with. I'm lucky enough to be staffed in a team with great leadership. Managers are actually willing to coach junior members and be a real mentor. I very much appreciate their efforts.

Cons

Long hours and office politics. This is pretty basic and obvious for any public accounting firms. Every time a quarter end, year end, or a special filing is going out, you can expect 10-14 hour days. It might be fine in your early career but it gets really tiring after a few years.
