- Management changed numerous times - no clear goal until recently - Management / LT don’t bother to try and get to know their employees. Many lack personality and empathy. - Hierarchy introduced on brand teams with restructure. No fair opportunity given to employees for more senior positions through interview process. - Very inconsiderate / impersonal during restructures - A lot of people not willing to try something / take risks - ‘we did that before and it didn’t work’ or ‘that’s not how we do things here’ mentality - Way too focused on traditional media vs digital -
