      Pros

      Product is awesome. Every other Friday off. Unlimited sick time. Competitive pay. Vacation time.

      Cons

      Pension weighing down financials. Old and stuffy mgmt who are pigs. Defense business outlook is grim, with business going to low cost providers. Lockheed excels at high cost solutions. Intnal movement is strongly discouraged.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
