Work life balance policies , vac time, experience, ability to work from home is only thing keeping me here even though they are forcing mandatory unpaid overtime
Cons
Unrealistic management driven deadlines. Constant downsizing without decrease in workload Promotions are a battle even though your work is a level above. Unpaid overtime that is mandated.
