Pros
Flexible schedule, good benefits & a lot of opportunity (at least early on in your career). Cool products that are fun to see in action (although most of us don't get to see them enough)
Cons
Too big! Despite the effort to stay organized, working here makes me believe it is impossible for a company this big to be efficient. Too many employees/managers in meetings all day talking & not enough people actually working.
