Decent defense salaries, match up to 4% for 401K, relocation packages, excellent healthcare through Aetna.
Cons
Raises and promotions follow the curve of the defense budget and a LOT of corporate jump ropes. Average raise between 1.5% and 3% for the 3yrs I've been there.
