      Pros

      Fantastic benefits and incredible emphasis on work life balance. 4 day work weeks are amazing and the flexibility to work when and how you need to is very nice.

      Cons

      Money could be a bit better. Working with the government so there is red tape. way too much time spent "projects" to the customer.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
