The work culture at this company is challenging due to excessive micromanagement and favouritism .This creates unnecessary stress and slows down productivity. Firing is so frequent due to this environment is extremely volatile. Employees faces the constant threats on being called into a meeting and asked to leave company without any warning. Poor leaders with no team managing skills.
