Pros

Great Pay Some great minds, individuals and teams to interact with, great talent acquisition An approach to explore and acquire latest tech and best talents

Cons

Very weak amateur management and leadership, most have been around for ages with fragile egos mixed with high incompetence and contagious insecurity . Accepting and encouraging toxic behaviors, sometimes unknowingly. Poor management reflects in un- utilized talent, very poor understanding on how to build, scale and manage functional teams accompanied by a lot of politics that goes down to impact day to day work for very junior levels backed by control set by people who have been around for very long time that play for their own benefit and it works!, very easy to spot. They don't know who to fire, obvious cases of bullying, setting obstacles to work, stealing others efforts as well as toxic behaviors are not handled and contributors get promoted which is also a sign of a very weak and corrupt management. incidents are easy to spot, weak leadership don't want to notice nor act Highly confused leadership runs on blaming and setting up space goats to cater for individual and organisationals shortcomings
