Pros

Salary was competitive, yearly reviews.

Cons

You are just a number on the page for them. You’ll be required to do unpaid overtime or attend unpaid mandatory meetings outside of work hours. They advertise “flexibility” but this does not exist. Minimum 3 office days and most states have non negotiable “anchor days”. New starters are forced to come in 5 days a week for the first 100 days, despite them not being told in the job advertisement or by recruitment. If you don’t adhere to their rules, they’ll threaten you with PIPs. Management are toxic, lazy and two faced. They don’t provide support for their staff, they make more senior staff take escalations instead. They tell you after 18months you’ll be out of the call centre but this rarely happens, there is very limited internal career opportunities. Once you leave, you don’t exist to them, so better be sure to get your service docs and background checks in order before then - and good luck to actually getting your final pay.
