-No vision/strategy from executive management -Technical work has dramatically reduced in quality -Few opportunities for advancement and exposure to new projects -Management continues to double-down on uneconomic shale plays and selling of conventional assets -Stock value consistently underperforming peer group -Good old boy system still in place, management suffers from lack of of technical knowledge (process or project managers, do not understand value of technical work) -Morale has not recovered from the layoffs 6 months ago.
