This job is low pressure sales. The who, what, where, why is all it takes. You don't have to be high pressure in a b-2-b environment. We are doing our best to improve our training program. Yes, we have a fair expectation on making calls and making this a career vs a job. Traveling to shows four times per year, and follow up with our vendors. We are the highest paying home show company in the industry, and our full benefits continue to improve.
