Pointless Performance Reviews... no raises, no bonuses, no RSUs or Options, unless of course you work in Seattle on OCI and were hired in from either AWS or MSFT Azure when they *have* to pay competitive pkgs to entice people to work there! The rumors of the salary and options pkgs those employess have are staggering! - FAANG competitive
