Pros
Got onboarded from Cerner. Got to stay with my existing team and work on my previous projects. Great insurance benefits. Very supportive when you actually talk to an individual about issues.
Cons
When you have an issue, figuring out who to talk to and how is extremely difficult. Opening a ticket with the help desk, only for them to refer you to another group, only for THEM to refer you to yet ANOTHER group... and nobody talks to each other. I also personally dislike the use of Slack and Zoom over other solutions.
