      considering its a global company and most consultants are mobile it is often a challenge with a work life balance

      1. Very good management at every level 2. Tangible work which focuses on performance improvement 3. Interesting industry focus (primarily mining industry) 4. Excellent intellectual capital

      Travel can be tough - as mines are not located in easy to get to locations.
