      Pays well and good benefits

      Cons

      Spend more time CYA than doing job. Culture is not cooperative and people lie with no consequences. Key leadership sometimes comes across as not having a clue and off the cuff.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
