great entry level pay,amazing benefits from day 1, very happy/upbeat environment compared to most call centers, good incentives for meeting your numbers, quarterly bonuses, paid time off, 6 week sabbatical vacation for every 5 years worked, education tuition reimbursement, on site gym and cafeteria, great local discounts, overall very good and positive place to work

No big cons, patience pays off, normal call center issues can arise but far less than most other call centers out there
