      Pros

      The benefits were OK and the distance to my house were great.

      Cons

      micromanagement, they say one thing and do another as far as their corp values go. Write ups are constant. Terminations take place monthly, previously no one had been fired before 6 months ago.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Cons

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
