Pros
Everyone was nice. The perks were good. Plenty of room for growth. My favorite part was the customer support training program. I left the company early for other reasons.
Cons
I can't think of many bad things about working in this position. You do not have any free-time to mess around on the computer, but after a while I found that to be a good thing.
