Pros
Over the years, I receive an opportunity to grow as I am still quite motivated to climb the corporate ladder. Compensation is considered above the average of a typical public company and my organization truly value high level of management skills.
Cons
The company goes through endless and frequent restructuring which create a great deal of distractions for the employees. At the end of the day, there are only so many different ways to reorganize the company.
