Pros
Upbeat and cheerful is the general attitude and people are very pleasant.
Cons
I've been with the company 4 years and have had 7 bosses. The amount of change is so stressful and not sustainable. So many layoffs just to rehire and do it again. Only work here if you have a second income in the household.
