      Pros

      Great EA community, nice campus and good benefits (including fertility benefits) for full-time employees.

      Cons

      EAs are no longer eligible for RSUs as part of comp packages for year-end reviews, which impacts me directly as I felt this previously made the company stand out. New CEO/CFO recently revoked this, which was instituted by the previous CEO as part of a financial wellness initiative.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
