Pros

Flexible timings. Leader in market for BPM and case Management tool. Free LUNCH. Pickup and Drop cab facilities. Lot of tax saving opportunity. Good Brand Name which may help you in future jobs.

Cons

please do not join Core-Engine Team in Bangalore. some guys are fired from this team. The manager is highly non-technical .He does not know PRPC( pega's product). He does not give respect to team members. He only wants work to be done very fast. Guys working in core-Engine Team in hyderabad are also not willing to come here. He only asks if work is done or not-done. he does not understand the technicality behind the work. He takes all the inputs from team members and speaks about this with the management. He does not show interest to Learn PRPC. How can a manager judge his team members working on PRPC, if he has no clue on PRPC? He believes only in Hire-Fire Policy. Java developers in this team are doing only PRPC work and no JAVA work at all.

Pros

Good benefits, there are some great people here

Cons

Everyone I talk to is burnt out and I don't think anyone is hearing this at the higher level so I am resorting to this. We get it, we can use AI. That doesn't mean I can do more and more work with less resources. Do you need us to be faster or do you just want to be cheaper with execution? Our inability to be like our competitors isn't because we don't have talented people. These companies invest in their people and staff departments instead of running them into the ground. On that note, the tone from flt to your teams recently was not great and I'm not sure how aware they are that it bothered a lot of employees. At a time when the economy is bad, multiple wars that impact some of our colleagues, and AI is replacing people left and right, that is the tone you take with employees? It came off as very out of touch.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this has been your experience, and we take concerns like this seriously. When employees feel stretched or unheard, that matters to us. It’s not the environment we aim to create, and feedback like this helps us understand where we need to do better. If you’re open to it, we encourage you to connect with a Talent Advisory Partner or trusted People leader so we can better understand your experience and continue the conversation directly. Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. — Employee Experience Team
