Pros

I've worked at Progressive for just over a year now and have had an incredible experience. Not only is the company still growing fast and doing extremely well, but we have an amazingly humble executive leadership team that appreciates that success comes as a team. They have very high expectations of all of us yet give us the resources and autonomy to 'make it happen'! I'm surrounded by very talented people and an awesome team. I've loved my experience working at Progressive Leasing! It's a fantastic place to work!
