-Amazing Culture -On sight fitness center -Tuition Reimbursement -Great Company Parties(Movie nights for all employees+family, Boondocks day for employees+family, Baseball game for employees+family, Casino night with amazing prizes, BBQ's, Carnivals, plus many more events. -Flexible Schedules I have been working for Progressive Leasing for 3 years. I can honestly say that my decision to come to Progressive Leasing was truly the best career decision I've ever made. Management truly cares about the individual and we don't feel just like a number here. The culture here is amazing and we treat each other like family here. We get training throughout the year in updates and skills to improve as leaders. I continue to grow as a leader because of this great company I work for.
