Free food, laid back dress code, initial training for customer service
Cons
They are all about numbers and there are some rude supervisors and leads. Sub par benefits and the customer service phones are always busy. Micro-manage bull and hardly any time to meet with your team. You are just a number and may not feel valued. To promote, prepare to work retail hours in some departments. There are much better places to work.
