Pros

The job itself is not bad.

Cons

POLITICS to the max aka the clown house. The people in “management” are the wrong people running this business down the drain. If you are a minority you won’t make it in this dept. There is three leaders in management that adds to their “diversity”. There are “managers” that you have no clue what they actually do.. it’s a buddy payroll and don’t know more then your manager ha you’re on the outs. The key is to play stupid it seems and not be intelligent you’ll go far and long as long as you brown nose. Being a hard working employee here for an means nothing. I think the NAACP needs to take a look into the “politics” of this organization. FYI you’re not at the White House people! How dare you think people are supposed to gravel to your demands and not challenge you back on things that will help grow the business. Guess what you’re a JOKE. There is some good leadership here unfortunately they are overshadowed and SHOT down by the “seniors and vps”. Revamp your Sr. management team because they are killing your organization & your staff. The fish rots from the head! So much more to be said but you aren’t worth any more keystrokes or my time! Good day.

There’s a strong emphasis on professional growth. Leaders actively encourage employees to stretch beyond their comfort zones, offering guidance and support along the way. Collaboration is valued, and cross‑functional teams are given the space to experiment and succeed together.

Cons

As with any fast‑moving, innovative environment, priorities can shift quickly. It requires adaptability, but the upside is constant learning
