Pros
Just finished the company all hands. We sometimes forget this is a big company that is being transformed. From where we were a year ago, I really feel the impact of all the change. The CPO (Sam Barnett) and CTO (Peter) have made a massive difference to Quantcast in the last year. It must have been hard and I like their view that "although we are much better, we are not done" Much prefer the way we run the business. Transparent and accountable quarterly goals. Pace has significantly increased Culture is changing for the better.
