Pros
- Absolutely friendly environment, great people and GMs - Have a very flexible work arrangement that you can request WFH (if necessary) - Not much hierarchy therefore we can speak freely and openly to the seniors or even the management level
Cons
- Poor business strategy and model in HK - Rely much on individual initiatives to improve or create new ideas - Not as standardized and structured in terms of working scheme
