Less paid. Variable bonus is con game. Completely depends on whims and fancies. No career growth nor a clear plan. Highest degree of favoritism especially in their Storage QE team in Bangalore where there is no growth path unless you are in good books of one manager. 8 people out of 20 left in last one year. That includes a Sr. manager and a manager. Join QE in Bangalore only if you getting laid off from your current job. HR is exactly what the post of Governor is in India. Only occupying space.
