Pros
Average pay. 401 k match. Low car payment. Sick leave. The peers you suffer with.
Cons
All the previous non-forced reviews you read are true. This company has a sinking ship or morale and talent that they refuse to address. Luckily the talented are leaving. Sadly this leaves the ill equity in leadership roles. This isn’t a management job by any means. This is a customer service and merchandising job. There is a huge difference between the white collar business analyst position they describe and the blue collar bleeding knuckle complaint resolution position it actually is. You do not have the authority or ability to make smart business decisions for the company. You cannot build relationships while you’re laughably strong arming small business owners. Upper management will treat you as expendable. This was seen when during the pandemic it went from “we’ll do what we can to make sure you’re safe” to three weeks later. “Visit 4 times your normal schedule. Our profits are more important than you or your family’s safety” You’ll be wondering every 6-8 months if they are going to fire you or move you across the country to keep your job. The actions of upper management and their words never match up and they think too little of their employees’ intelligence to think you’ll recognize. They manage to the lowest employees instead of motivating their top tier employees. Their main focus now building company appeal to new hires in hope to maintain them for 2 years in order to replace the hemorrhage of escaping talent. If you are looking at this place for employment I highly suggest you look towards any of the competitors first. They pay better, treat you with respect, and are honest with actually caring about you. That’s why they didn’t return to a pandemic until 6-8 months later.
