Pros
the checks clear every couple weeks. company car, and 401k match.
Cons
where to begin? Let's start at the top, the ivory tower dwelling trolls have no clue what actually happens in the field. communication is terrible. we get little to no lead time for major changes to things that matter like overly complicated useless new contracts, complex new pricing, return process etc etc. then when our puppet masters do come to town we have to spend weeks prepping a perfect route so we dont offend them and their perfect world vision. After the latest "reorganization" they shoved TMs into rolls they were unprepared for after bleeding off a ton of the field workforce, with no extra compensation. they bring in new TMs and suddenly they make just as much as tenured reps, and brag about that like it's something great. we are told you work 8-5 but have to spend hours outside of that window to get everything else accomplished. they give us these weak bonuses with no explanations of how we truly got to this point. SIP is a trash fire. they made a huge hype around our new cars, which we have yet to a tuslly see in the field, and a lot of us are well past the minimum requiremnt for a new car. The expectations set from hime office are unmanageable. constant POS changeovers that have no effect. everything is suddenly a priority. God forbid your division has a vacancy, good luck fitting that coverage into your already jam packed schedule. if you enjoy being over micromanaged, stifled, not having enough hours in a day, and want to experience anxiety first hand while being fed a bunch of bullhockey, and watching your competitors win, this is the place for you.
