Pros

Far reaching, great benefits, room for growth

Cons

Salaries aren’t the greatest. Need to leave and come back to really get a decent raise. Losing a lot of core values in recent years due to competitive markets. Has become too corporate and the Bottom line is the end all be all. Understandable but at the same time not what got The Ritz Carlton to where we are today.
