Pros

Everyone knows who you are, they care about you, and management wants you to succeed and move up and continue on to do great things. The development for someone like me who is in college they have not only been flexible, but they have wanted to get me to the next place in my life since they know that I can't be there forever. I would love to recommend this company to everyone who wants to be in the hospitality industry.

Cons

The upward mobility with one hotel or building is slow and can take time so if you want to move up quickly you will have to jump around hotels.

After Covid, management became slightly disorganized and not as friendly, or helpful as before.
